Scrubsquad is a locally owned and operated home cleaning company based in the Greater Seattle Area, dedicated to delivering high-quality, ethical residential cleaning services. 

Scrubsquad was founded in 2025 with a clear mission: to bring integrity, care, and dignity back to the cleaning industry in King County, Washington.

While Scrubsquad is new, our roots run deep. Our founder grew up in a family of professional housekeepers who operated successful cleaning and janitorial businesses throughout Grays Harbor County in the 1990s and early 2000s. From a young age, hands-on experience in hotels, residential homes, and commercial spaces shaped a work ethic built on precision, respect, and pride in every job done well.

That legacy is the foundation of Scrubsquad — but it’s our why that sets us apart.

After working for other cleaning companies in Seattle, our founder became disheartened by the industry’s growing disconnect from the work itself. Too often, cleaning companies are run by absentee owners with no hands-on experience, no real connection to the homes they service, and no commitment to the safety or fair treatment of their staff. Some even misrepresent themselves as local, while subcontracting work from thousands of miles away and allowing poor working conditions to go unchecked.

Scrubsquad was created in direct response to that exploitation.

We are locally owned and operated right here in King County. We know the properties we clean. We know what quality service looks like because we’ve done the work ourselves — for years. And most importantly, we believe that a great cleaning company should take care of both its clients and its cleaners.
